All orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days* (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will be notified again once your order has shipped.

Free delivery offer

Free standard delivery for orders over $99*.

* Excludes bulky items and bikes. Free delivery is calculated on the order total, after any discounts are applied.

Split Shipments

We have multiple warehouses. Some orders require multiple shipments from different warehouses. We will notify you if this applies to your order, as it will arrive in separate deliveries.

P.O. boxes

We deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Restrictions

• We deliver to Australia only. We do not offer international delivery. 
• Express delivery is unavailable on bulky items, liquids and dangerous goods.
• Delivery to PO Boxes is unavailable on bulky items, liquids and dangerous goods.
