Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of your original purchase, with the exception of bikes*.

All other items must be returned in new, unused condition with the original packaging. Returns require the original receipt.

You can return items by mailing them back to our warehouses, following the online return instructions below.

*For bikes, we offer a bike swap within 30 days if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase. 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. 

Online refunds will be processed within 3 business days after approval. Please note that it may take up to 3 additional business days for the refund to appear in your bank account or on your credit card.

Cash refunds for in-store purchases will be processed via direct deposit, and a valid ID is required.
